Terms and conditions

1. Information on prizes and how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter is GoSee Limited, Level 7, Spark City, 167 Victoria Street West, Auckland 1010, New Zealand, 0800 570 007. The promotion is run for GoSee’s camper rental brand, Motorhome Republic. 

2. Entry is open to residents of the United States aged 25 years or over who have a valid driver’s license and are legally permitted to drive in the United States. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister, 1st cousin or partner. 

3. Promotion commences at 12am EST on Wednesday 5 July 2023 and closes at 11.59pm EST on Saturday 30 September 2023 (Promotional Period).   

4. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person. To the extent an individual makes multiple eligible purchases within the Promotional Period, they will only be entered into the prize pool once. The first eligible booking made during the promotion period by any person will count as their entry. All eligible bookings are automatically entered as set out below.  

5. The winner will be notified by email by 4pm EST 4 October 2023. 

6. The Competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook and/or other Social Media channels. You completely release Facebook and/or other Social Media channels from any and all liability associated with this Competition. 
 

How to Enter 

7. To enter, entrants must, within the Promotional Period, book a Cruise America motorhome during July, August, or September 2023, for use in the United States before the end of 2025, via MotorhomeRepublic.com. Eligible entrants will be automatically entered into the draw by completing an eligible booking. 
 

Judging 

8. This promotion is one of luck. Three Winners will be randomly selected from all the valid entries at the end of each month during the Promotional Period at  GoSee Limited, Level 7, Spark City, 167 Victoria Street West, Auckland 1010, New Zealand.  
Winners during July will be drawn at 12pm NZST on Wednesday 2 August 2023. 
Winners during August will be drawn at 12pm NZST on Wednesday 6 September 2023. 
Winners during September will be drawn at 12pm NZST on Wednesday 4 October 2023. 
The Promoter’s choice is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

9. The winners will be notified by email.  
July winners must confirm acceptance of the prize by 4pm NZST Wednesday 9 August 2023 by replying to the notification email. 
August winners must confirm acceptance of the prize by 4pm NZST Wednesday 13 September 2023 by replying to the notification email. 
September winners must confirm acceptance of the prize by 4pm NZST Wednesday 11 October 2023 by replying to the notification email. 

10. If a winner does not accept the prize within the specified time limit, the winner forfeits the prize. If a winner does not accept, a re-draw will occur on the day following expiry of the specified time limit at the same time and location as the original draw.  The winner of a re-draw will be notified on that day and will have a period of one week to accept the prize by replying via email. If re-drawn winner fails to claim the prize within that one-week period, then the prize for that month will be forfeited.  

Prize 

11. The prize winners will each receive a cash e-gift card worth $300 USD. 
Country: This giveaway is limited to United States residents, for travel within the United States. 
Receiving the prize process: Motorhome Republic will send each winner the e-gift card loaded with $300 USD two weeks after booking on MotorhomeRepublic.com. If you cancel your booking (or postpone it for more than 6 months) for any reason, you will lose your eligibility for the prize and the gift card will not be provided. 

Sharing an image of your trip: Motorhome Republic will request each prize winner shares 1x photo of their trip, and will ask each winner if they are happy for their name to be shared via Motorhome Republic marketing channels of MotorhomeRepublic.com website, Motorhome Republic emails, and the Motorhome Republic Facebook & Instagram accounts. You are not required to provide images or consent in order to receive the prize.  

12. The prize is only on offer to Motorhome Republic bookings made by United States residents, for travel in the United States, during the booking period of 5 July 2023 to 30 September 2023. 

13. The winner is responsible for complying with all terms and conditions of the Supplier in respect of their booking and for ensuring that they have the necessary and valid travel documentation including passports, any requisite visas and vaccinations.  Promoter is a booking agent only and will facilitate your booking with the motorhome supplier you select for your booking (“Supplier”).  Your rental and use of the vehicle under your booking will be governed by the terms of the rental agreement with the Supplier. The rental agreement and any other documentation provided to you by the Supplier is between you and the Supplier and the Promoter will not be liable to you or to any third party in any way in relation to that agreement or your vehicle or rental service where your booking has been properly processed by us.  The Promoter is not responsible or liable to you for (i) the acts or omissions of the Supplier in respect of your booking or in the course of delivering the rental service to you; or (ii) any disputes in respect of your booking with that Supplier or that service, except in each case to the extent that responsibility for those matters may be imposed on us by applicable law.   
 

General 

14. The Promoter may (but is not obliged to) at any time reject and/or remove from access by the public or disqualify or invalidate any Entry that it considers (in its sole judgment) is not eligible or infringes these terms and conditions. The Promoter will have no liability to entrants in that regard. If this occurs in respect of a winning Entry, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next valid entry that is randomly drawn. 

15. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. 

16. Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter: Is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on any computer system or at any website, or any combination thereof, including (but not limited to) any injury or damage to participant's or any other person’s property related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion; accepts no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in connection with this Promotion, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of this Promotion; and accepts no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access. 

17. To the fullest extent permitted by law and without limiting any other conditions of entry, the Promoter may, at its discretion, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion.  

18. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, loss, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner, winner’s travel companion or entrant; or (f) attendance at the prize event. 

19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize. Independent financial advice should be sought. 

20. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. International travel advice can be obtained from various sources, including government and local consular offices.  

21. The Promoter will use the personal information from your booking in accordance with its privacy policy and in order to conduct the promotion and administer the prize.
